About White Spa

Treatments
Delivered by our team of dedicated certified therapists treatments include: massage, a variety of luxury and hydrating facials, body exfoliation and wraps, hand and foot treatments, waxing and tinting and alternative therapies.

Products
We offer a variety of high quality products perfectly suited to our alpine environment. Pure unblemished ingredients are just the beginning. Our products are not tested on animals and are free of sensitisers, mineral oil, alcohol, petrochemicals, artificial colour and fragrance.

Facilities
We have four treatment rooms. All guests have complimentary use of our lounge, towels, slippers and herbal tea blends.

Location
At Hotham Central the spa is a perfect mountain retreat with sweeping views of Swindlers Valley and the high plains. White Spa is the highest Spa in Australia.

Reservations
We may be able to accommodate same day appointments however we recommend booking one to two days in advance to ensure your preferred treatment and time. Minimum age for guests is 16 years. A Credit card number or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.

Arrival Time
To ensure that you enjoy the full value of your experience with us; we ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your treatment. Please arrive on time, as all treatments will be completed at the scheduled time.

Details
A clean body and comfortable clothing that is easily changed is recommended. Underwear is required for all treatments and disposable underwear will be provided for body wraps. We will make every effort to honour requests for specific therapists and gender requests, but reserve the right to transfer the appointment in case of an emergency when that therapist is unavailable.

Spa Etiquette
White Spa is a peaceful retreat. Please be respectful of our guests. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any person who is believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Our environment is mobile phone and pager free so that you may leave feeling stress free.

Spa Menu
To enhance your retreat experience, a selection of lunch and light snacks are available. Please speak to our receptionist at the time of booking.

Spa Boutique
Be sure to visit the White Spa Boutique, with a wide range of homecare products, gifts and alpine holiday essentials. We also customise spa gift baskets for any special occasion.

Gift Vouchers
Give to others the gift they would not give themselves – total relaxation and indulgence. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments. Gift Vouchers purchased at White Spa may also be redeemed at Onsen Retreat and Spa in Dinner Plain. www.onsen.com.au

Group Bookings
Group and special occasion bookings are welcome at White Spa and packages
can be created to meet your specific needs.

Packages
All treatments in packages must be used on the same day. Cancellation fees
apply. Missed appointments will be forfeited and charged at 100% of the package price. Treatment substitution will void the package price. Package prices are not valid in conjunction with any other discount or seasonal special.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide 8 business hours notice otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this policy. Payment Cash, Visa, Master Card and Bankcard accepted. A 15% public holiday surcharge applies.
